An exceptional hotel with a huge variety of nice, sized rooms to relax in. Delicious breakfast with fresh products and fresh, pressed orange juice. Very supportive staff. Easy to reach from Souda airport, a 20, minute drive.

The staff at the hotel were sincere and provided excellent service. the hotel is beautifully decorated and stylish. the location of the hotel in the old port area is incredible. the room was nicely decorated and had a super comfy bed. We enjoyed having a private balcony and the excellent breakfast.

The location is perfect, nestled in a charming alley just a short 3-minute walk away from all the amazing restaurants near the harbor. Being in the center of the old town, we could easily explore the beautiful surroundings and soak in the atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with room service and housekeeping ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for food and sights.

Although this hotel is perfect for couples or adult travelers seeking a luxurious and peaceful stay, it may not be the ideal choice for families. However, for those looking for a romantic and upscale experience in the heart of the old town, this place is an absolute gem.

We had the most very nice stay at Elia! The location was perfect, great to easily explore the charming old town of Chania. The decor of the hotel was fine, and our room had its own unique charm. The staff were great too ensure our comfort and satisfaction, providing us with recommendations for amazing restaurants and even arranging a rental car for us. Although the hotel had no parking, there was a convenient car park just a short walk away. The breakfast, though a bit repetitive, still offered great coffee and fresh orange juice. we had an really good experience at Elia Fatma Boutique Hotel and would highly recommend it.

The hotel's location within the old center of this city was ideal, just steps away from the Venetian harbor. The staff was helpful and accommodating, making sure that my stay was enjoyable.
